This is an office based, designed for someone who knows how to open doors, pitch value, and close deals in the healthcare ecosystem.
Identify and target clients across:
Pharmaceutical companies
Healthcare providers & hospitals
Diagnostic labs
Healthcare agencies
Medical distributors
Governmental & semi-governmental health entities
Use your existing network to generate warm leads and introductions.
Present our market research solutions, including:
HCP insights
Patient pathways
Brand performance tracking
Market sizing & forecasting
AI-driven market intelligence
Understand client needs and position the right research methodology.
Work with internal research/BD teams to develop proposals.
Lead negotiation and handle client objections confidently.
Push deals to closure and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Monitor changes in MOH, SFDA, NUPCO, EDA, and major hospitals.
Track competitor offerings and pricing trends in market research.
Relay insights to management for strategy optimization.
Provide structured weekly updates on pipeline and meetings.
Ensure a smooth handover to the research operations team after closing.
Minimum 3 years of BD or sales experience in:
Pharma companies (marketing, sales, medical)
Healthcare consulting
Market research firms (IPSOS, IQVIA, IPSOS Health, Kantar, MRO, etc.)
Top healthcare marketing and advertising agencies
Strong KSA and UAE network with brand managers, marketing managers, medical managers, commercial excellence, CI teams, or hospital executives.
Solid understanding of:
HCP research
Qualitative & quantitative methodologies
Healthcare market research ecosystem
Tendering & contracting (bonus)
Excellent pitching and negotiation skills.
Well-connected and confident in the healthcare community.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Highly professional, polished, and reliable.
Able to work independently and deliver results.
