We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected Business Development Consultant in the UAE to lead sales for our AI-driven marketing, content automation, and customer engagement platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone deeply familiar with the UAE’s fast-moving digital ecosystem, understands how brands operate across Dubai Mall, major retail groups, and healthcare networks — and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.
This is a commission-only position designed for high performers who thrive in a results-driven environment.
Identify and target clients across:
Retail brands & groups (Majid Al Futtaim, Apparel Group, Chalhoub, Landmark, Alshaya, etc.)
Pharmacies & clinics (Aster, Mediclinic, Al Zahra, VPS, NMC, Life Pharmacy, etc.)
Hospitals & diagnostic centers
FMCG, beauty, and luxury brands
Leverage personal networks to secure warm introductions and ongoing meetings.
Attend UAE industry events, innovation summits, and networking gatherings.
Present and position AI services, including:
AI-generated content for social, ads, and campaigns
AI chatbots for customer service, sales, and patient support
AI segmentation & personalization engines
Predictive customer analytics
AI-driven digital marketing automation
Customize solutions based on each client’s business model.
Develop proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
Run demos, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets in the UAE market.
Track digital transformation trends across UAE retail and healthcare.
Identify competitors and tech adoption patterns.
Provide weekly pipeline updates and strategic insights.
Build long-term relationships with marketing directors, CMOs, CX leaders, and digital transformation heads.
Ensure smooth transition to the operations team after closing deals.
Drive repeat business and cross-sell opportunities.
3+ years in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Tech Solutions.
Previous experience in UAE retail, digital agencies, AI/tech solutions, or healthcare is highly preferred.
Strong network within Dubai and Abu Dhabi marketing, retail, and healthcare ecosystems.
Strong understanding of AI tools, digital marketing, and content automation.
Ability to pitch complex AI concepts in simple business language.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong follow-up discipline and closing mentality.
